2. Service Description

Forapollo provides AI-powered forex market analysis and trading insights using market data and advanced AI models. Insights and analysis are delivered to users via WhatsApp based on their paid subscription plans. A user console may also be available for profile customizations such as enabling/disabling insights on specific forex pairs. You can learn more about us and the services we offer.

3. Subscription Plans

Forapollo only offers paid subscriptions with a free trial once logged in to the dashboard. Each plan offers varying levels of features tailored to traders.

4. User Eligibility

There are no age limitations to access the Platform. Anyone capable of participating in the forex market is welcome to subscribe and use the Platform's features.

5. Account Usage

  1. Each account is strictly limited to one user.
  2. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

6. Payment Policy

Forapollp offers a payment refund if meets the refund policy. Supported payment methods are:

  1. WISH Money: Requires manual confirmation with a transfer receipt.
  2. Western Union: Requires manual confirmation with a transfer receipt.
  3. Cyptocurrency USDT: Requires manual confirmation with a transfer receipt.
  4. Cyptocurrency Bitcoin: Requires manual confirmation with a transfer receipt.

7. User Responsibilities

Users must adhere to the following restrictions:

  1. Do not reverse engineer any feature or code on the platform.
  2. Do not manipulate the WhatsApp bot.
  3. Do not copy, share, sell, or redistribute insights or data received from the platform.
  4. Do not try to gain access to anything that is not visually visible in the website content.
  5. Insights must only be used for personal trading decisions.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

  1. Forapollo is not responsible for any financial losses or false predictions resulting from reliance on AI-generated insights. Users must make trading decisions independently.
  2. AI-generated insights are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

9. Content Ownership

All content, including AI-generated insights and analysis, remains the sole property of Forapollo.

10. Account Termination

  1. Users can request to deactivate their accounts at any time by logging in the dashboard and navigating to profile.
  2. Forapollo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant activities.

11. Service Limitations

While Forapollo strives to provide uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee continuous access to the Platform or specific outcomes.

12. Dispute Resolution

Forapollo reserves the right to resolve disputes in any lawful manner we deem appropriate.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
